A captivating abstract art piece, “Hysteria,” measuring 122×91 centimeters, graced the opening day of the 2018 Kentucky Derby, held at the renowned Churchill Downs racetrack. The artwork’s vibrant colors and enigmatic composition evoked a sense of intrigue and wonder among attendees, adding a new dimension to the traditionally equestrian-focused event.
The Kentucky Derby, known as “the most exciting two minutes in sports,” attracted a diverse crowd of art enthusiasts and racing aficionados. As the excitement of the races unfolded, the presence of “Hysteria” served as a thought-provoking juxtaposition, offering a momentary escape from the thrill of horse racing.
